At Alcon Inc., I drove the End-to-End Design Process for B2B & SaaS healthcare solutions, designing a responsive iOS/Android app for MARLO that improved accessibility and usability across platforms. Using advanced Prototyping & Design Tools, I delivered wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications aligned with IEC, ISO, and ANSI standards. Guided by Human-Centered Design & User Research, I conducted studies and journey mapping with over 30 participants to optimize workflows and efficiency, while leading usability testing and accessibility reviews to ensure WCAG/ADA compliance. I partnered in Cross-Functional Collaboration with engineers, stakeholders, and product teams to launch initiatives like the Smart Cataract Planner, simplifying Complex Data & Visualization dashboards to improve provider and patient satisfaction. Additionally, I built and documented the Unity and ADI Design Systems, demonstrating strong Research & Documentation skills by creating scalable, enterprise-ready frameworks. These projects tied design impact directly to Business & Client Awareness, raising adoption, retention, and regulatory compliance across Alcon’s SaaS product ecosystem.
